Building a premium brand from the ground up

Basri Developments came to us as a new real estate company entering Saudi Arabia's competitive luxury property market. They needed more than just a logo—they needed a complete brand identity that would resonate with high-net-worth buyers while honoring Saudi culture and tradition.

The challenge was to create a visual identity that felt both authentically Middle Eastern and internationally sophisticated. The brand needed to work seamlessly in both Arabic and English, appealing to local Saudi buyers as well as international investors looking at the Kingdom's rapidly growing real estate sector.

A mark that speaks two languages

We designed a modular brand system that works across contexts—from business cards to building signage. The monogram, wordmarks, and full lockup each serve distinct purposes while maintaining a cohesive identity.

Architecture meets letterform

The "B" monogram was designed to evoke the silhouette of a modern tower—a direct nod to Basri's focus on premium residential and commercial developments. The geometric construction gives it a sense of stability and precision, while the upward movement suggests growth and ambition.

The mark works at any size, from app icons to building facades, maintaining its distinctive character whether embossed on a business card or illuminated on a project site.

Luxury through restraint

The color palette draws from Saudi Arabia's desert landscape and architectural heritage. Deep navy provides gravitas and sophistication, while the warm gold accent conveys premium positioning without being ostentatious.

A website that converts

The website was designed to showcase Basri's premium developments while capturing high-quality leads. Every interaction—from browsing properties to scheduling a call—was optimized for conversion while maintaining the brand's sophisticated aesthetic.

Key features include integrated Calendly booking, WhatsApp contact, filterable project listings, and lead capture forms. The dark, luxurious design sets Basri apart from competitors using generic real estate templates.
